Dubai First School (DFS) was founded to be the heart of the Muslim society. It’s established on the sound concepts of Islam and the UAE’s rich culture which instills high morals and social responsibility. The school gives great importance to the building of not just the mind but also the character of its students. This helps future generations of the UAE to have a balanced personality that encompasses the intellectual, moral, social and physical aspects of life. We believe that academic education alone is not enough, but that the building of the individual’s personality and character are critical in producing the next generation of leaders.
We see to it that our students grow to be critical thinkers, always asking questions with a strong passion for knowledge and to be proud of their values and their culture; to participate in the development and progress of their community; to feel dignified to join in and be a part of the international society as a whole.
Our curriculum is tailored to give students strong Islamic values, the latest educational and scientific methods that produce independent thinkers- along with communication and social skills in an enjoyable environment.
